We adopted the tag line, “Hand-dyed textiles, Empowering Women, Impacting Community.” You will be able to see all of that as you browse this site. We hope you enjoy discovering the beautiful hand-dyed gift items we produce from the ancient art form called batik.
In addition to being able to purchase our hand-made batik products online, perhaps our favorite addition to the website is the tab labeled “Artisans.” Here you can see photos and learn about some of the amazing and beautiful women behind The Batik Boutique and understand exactly whom we empower to grow in their skills and provide for their families.
Another new addition is the tab “Our Impact,” which is under the “Our Story.” Here, you will see more about the portion of profit we invest in local charities that impact the community.
